Data Deletion Requests
Last updated: October 21, 2026
You can have the data WUBBA holds about you deleted at any time. This page explains what we hold when you connect a social media account, how to remove it yourself, and how to ask us to delete everything. WUBBA (app.wubba.ai) is operated by Eyentelligence Inc.
1. What we hold when you connect a social account
Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts and LinkedIn profiles and pages are connected through WUBBA's post scheduler at social.wubba.ai, which we run. For each account you connect, the scheduler holds:
- the access token the network issued for that account (and a refresh token, where the network provides one)
- the account's name, id and profile picture
- the posts scheduled or published to that account through WUBBA
When you look at a post's results, the scheduler reads the reach and engagement figures the network reports for that post.
In the WUBBA dashboard itself we hold:
- the posts you write or generate in WUBBA (text, images, video, schedule and approval status)
- which connected accounts each of your businesses publishes to
- the key that links your business to the scheduler
- for Bluesky, Discord, Slack, Google Business Profile and Twitch, which connect to WUBBA directly: the account name and the credential or webhook address you entered
- your WUBBA account itself: your name, email address and the businesses you manage
We never receive your social network password, and we do not collect your friends, your followers' profiles or your private messages.
2. Remove a connected account yourself
In WUBBA
- Sign in at app.wubba.ai and open Settings → Integrations.
- Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn: in the Social Media (Postiz) card, click Open Postiz Dashboard. In the scheduler, open the menu next to the account in your channel list and choose Delete. If it says the channel still has posts, delete those posts first, or choose Disable Channel, which stops all reading and posting straight away.
- Bluesky, Discord, Slack, Google Business Profile or Twitch: in the Direct Social Integrations card, click the delete (trash can) button next to the account.
Once an account is removed, WUBBA can no longer read from it or post to it.
On the social network
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → WUBBA → Remove. Facebook then sends us a deletion request and shows you a confirmation code you can check below.
- Instagram: a business account is connected through its Facebook Page, so remove WUBBA under Facebook's Business integrations as above. In the Instagram app you can also go to Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove WUBBA.
- LinkedIn: Me → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services, and remove WUBBA.
Removing WUBBA on the network stops our access at once. To have what we already hold deleted as well, ask us as described next (a removal on Facebook does this for you).
3. Ask us to delete your data
Email privacy@eyentelligence.com from the address on your WUBBA account, with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us the business name and, if you are asking about a social connection, the name of the Page or account. If you did not have a WUBBA account and only connected a social account for someone else's business, tell us the account name and the business it was connected to.
We reply to confirm we have your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion covers your WUBBA account, the businesses you own, their posts, media and contacts, and their connected social accounts, both in WUBBA and in the scheduler.
4. What we keep
We keep only what the law requires us to keep: invoices and payment records (including donation receipts), which tax and accounting rules require us to hold for a number of years. We tell you what we kept when we confirm the deletion. Payments themselves are processed by Stripe, which keeps its own records under its own privacy policy.
5. Check a request made through Facebook
If you removed WUBBA on Facebook and asked for your data to be deleted, Facebook showed you a confirmation code. Enter it to see whether the deletion is complete.
6. Questions
