Help us build WUBBA with your business
We're looking for a handful of local businesses to use WUBBA for real for 90 days, free, and tell us honestly what works and what doesn't. You get a front desk that never misses a call; we get to learn from people who run the kind of business it's for.
What WUBBA does
An AI front desk for a small business. It works from your own facts (your services, prices, hours and address) and hands anything it can't handle to you.
Answers calls
Picks up when you can't, answers questions from your own information, and takes a message when it should.
Texts, chat and email
Replies to texts, website chat and email the same way, from the same facts.
Books appointments
Books into your calendar by phone, text or chat, and through your own booking page.
Confirms and reminds
Sends a confirmation when someone books and a reminder before they're due.
The offer
- The full product, free for 90 days. Texting and calling costs are covered too, up to a fair-use cap we agree with you on the first call, based on how busy you are.
- Founder pricing, locked for life. If you stay after the 90 days, you pay 50% of the list price for as long as you remain a customer.
- Set up with you, personally. David Walker, who builds WUBBA, sets it up with you and fixes what you run into.
What we ask
- Use it for real. Forward your business line to it, or send real customers to your booking page.
- A short call every week or two. 15 to 20 minutes on what worked and what didn't.
- A case study at the end. Permission to write up your results with real numbers, and a testimonial if you're happy with it.
- Two or three introductions. If it works for you, introduce us to a few owners like you.

- Health practices (counseling, audiology, medical, med spa): the agreements patient information needs aren't all in place yet.
- Financial advisors: we don't keep the message archive your regulators expect yet.
- Law firms: there's no conflict check yet.
- Cities and nonprofits: these have their own programs.

Live
Calls, chat, email and your booking page work from day one.
Texting takes longer. Phone carriers require every business that sends texts to be registered (it's called A2P 10DLC), and approval takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. We start the registration with you at setup; calls, chat, email and booking don't wait for it.

The small print
- This is a pilot. WUBBA is new, things will break, and there is no uptime guarantee. When something breaks, we fix it with you.
- You can leave at any time, for any reason, and take an export of your data with you.
- Callers are told they're talking to an AI assistant.
- After the 90 days nothing is charged unless you choose to stay.
